Job Description
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. The Leasing Consultant interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention. This position reports directly to the Property Manager. Must have knowledge in Yardi Voyager, Blue Moon and Rent Café.

Salary: $12.00 to $13.00 /hour
