Full Job Description
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities on behalf of this 250-unit property. The successful candidate will be energetic, eager to lease, and have the ability to follow through. Must be available to work most Sundays from 1:00-5:00 PM, closed on Saturday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Tour apartments to prospective clients in a professional and informative manner
- Promote property through various media and advertising techniques
- Post to social media on behalf of the community
- Complete daily follow up to online email leads
- Resident retention, renewals, and events
- Validate application information and references during screening
- Collect rent responsibly
- Ensure that work orders are being completed in a timely manner with follow up to the resident.
We offer to you a competitive hourly rate plus leasing commissions. Health benefits and PTO available after a 90-day period.
