A strong background in Customer Service with a positive attitude, high energy and desire to help others are key to being the kind of Leasing Consultant we are looking for.
Duties include but are not limited to: conducting outside marketing, preparation of marketing flyers, market surveys and report preparation, greeting, showing/touring apartments to prospective residents, CLOSE THE SALE, coordinate the application process and screening of applicants, ensure condition of apartment is move-in quality for each new resident, maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data, follow up with residents throughout the lease term to assure happiness and an enjoyable living experience.

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
