The Blue Marlin Group is looking for outstanding leasing consultants for apartment complexes located throughout the Tampa area. This is a full time permanent direct hire position with a national property management firm that we represent.. Our clients offer strong pay, full benefits and excellent bonus potential.
Candidates will have strong lease up experience, stable background, 2-3 years in the Multifamily industry, and be sales oriented. A strong knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
We require candidates to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and hold a valid drivers license.
