This position has the following requirements; availability to work weekends, basic computer skills, ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices, have reliable transportation, be professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re seeking someone with outstanding customer service skills who will take great pride in making the tenant or potential tenant their top priority. Applicant must be physically able to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel and bend, have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Yardi software experience a plus. Some travel may be required. Background and drug screeing is required.
