TRG Management, a large Property Management Company, is actively seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our brand new lease-up Manor Riverwalk Luxury Apartments.
As a leasing professional at Manor Riverwalk Luxury Apartments you will:
- Interview prospective tenants.
- Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses size and layout, available facilities and services, and terms of the lease.
- Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
- Inspects condition of premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance.
- Compiles listings of available rental units.
- Identifies prospects.
- Answers incoming calls and voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
- Update availability report, process applications for approvals. (i.e., credit check, rental history, etc.) Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Follow up with the applicant regarding status.
- Ensure the apartment is ready for resident to move-in on the agreed date.
- Immediately follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sales again. If unable to help prospects, refer them to sister communities to meet the prospect’s needs.
- Assist in monitoring renewals. Distribute and follow-up or monitor advertising effectiveness. Gather information about market competition in the area and file.
