Responsibilities:
- Weekends required
- Generate and handle prospective resident traffic
- Lease apartments
- Prepare lease documents
- Provide excellent customer service to existing residents
- Close renewals
- Host resident events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality or other customer service/sales fields
- Ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents
- Strong negotiation skills

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
