Job Summary: This position serves in continual, daily administrative support for the leasing team. The primary responsibilities center on scheduling and showing tenant vacancies, communicating important information to internal staff, and handling a variety of other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, demonstrated in both writing and conversation.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy, with very high standards for excellence.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed.
  • A current Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license is required.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leasing team members to facilitate the showing of vacant space to potential tenants.
  • Prioritize assignments and effectively resolve situations as needed.
  • Familiarize and understand detailed information about the portfolio of centers marketed by the leasing team.
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments as needed to support the leasing team.
