We are looking for an experienced leasing coordinator who is out going, personable and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task.
In this role, you will be the face of our 209 unit Independent Living high-rise.
Under the direction of the property manager, you will be greeting visitors, touring apartments, tracking inquires. Rent Manager software knowledge a PLUS.
Our residents will keep you on your toes assisting them with work orders, receiving packages & coordinating services as needed.
Proper telephone etiquette is necessary.
Must have computer skills including Word & Excel. Must be comfortable with email communication.
