Job Description
The sales support specialist leasing coordinator is a dual role, with both accounting and operational responsibilities. This position presents the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company, with opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the growth and development of the company, is willing to go the extra mile, and able to perform under pressure.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lease funding and lease returns
- Assist sales team with new order paperwork
- Place supply orders with vendors
- Asset management and inventory
- Month-end closing
- Financial and management reports
- AP & AR reconciliation, billing, and collecting
- Some oversight of daily operations of the business
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing process
- Other duties as needed by management
Job Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Efficient with Microsoft Office suite
- E-Automate experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to perform under pressure
Education:
- BA of Business Administration or Accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
