Required work Experience
– Prior property management experience is appreciated
– Bilingual (Spanish and English) will help greatly
– Basic, quick computer navigation skills
– Critical Thinking
Responsibilities on the job:
– Sign the leases
– Renew expired leases
– Send notices out to residents
– Send daily rent rolls
– Lease out vacant units
– Attend Section 8 inspections
– Attend calls
– Take maintenance requests make
– Make/send bank deposits
– Learn and Update tenant accounts on the rental software
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
