Great Local Company is looking for a Leasing Manager, to interact with and provide outstanding service to our monthly parking customers.
We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and provide customer service for monthly leasing accounts
- Sales of monthly leasing prospects
- Collect monthly payments from all monthly customers
- Entry and management of daily deposits
- Month-end and maintenance reporting
- Marketing and cold calling
- Submit maintenance request as needed
- Communicate daily with all necessary departments
- Special projects as assigned
Our chosen candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- An Associates degree or higher in business, sales, accounting or a related field
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A/R experience is a strong plus
- Customer-centric focus
- Basic administration skills
- Proficient in interacting with customers to provide useful product information and effectively conduct sales experience is a must
- Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
Rate of Pay is $18 per hour + Commission Opportunities. A benefits package is included
with your new career.
