Your Role as a Leasing Manager
The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration and to implement marketing strategies. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, resident retention and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression!
Sales leader, manager, communicator, coach, mentor, trainer…your team looks to you to “walk your talk” and epitomize our mission by “creating referral-worth customer experiences consistently.” Attaining leasing goals, retaining residents, and ensuring customer satisfaction while assisting your team do the same is key to your success.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
- High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Competency in sales/selling strategies and marketing concepts and techniques
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
- Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour

- Property Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Leasing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred)
