Leasing Professional – American Landmark Management, LLC (Tampa)

The role of a Leasing Consultant consists of working within the sales team, customer service, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining the leasing center to a high company standard for our residents and guests. The primary responsibility of this position is to lease apartments through product demonstration and to implement marketing strategies. You control your own success by attaining leasing goals, resident retention and customer satisfaction.

Currently seeking a polished, well-spoken individual that will be the face of the community and can leave a positive first impression! A proven track record in apartment leasing is required- sales experience a plus! Bring us your previous secret shop reports if you want to brag a little. Must be flexible w/ schedule and willing to work weekends. RealPage/OneSite software experience or comparable.
