Overview
Lantower Luxury Living is growing and we are currently hiring for a hands-on Leasing Professional to oversee the leasing process and ensure resident satisfaction for Lantower Brandon Crossroads, a Class A apartment community in Tampa. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and working with an all-star team!
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of leases, as well as all move-in and compliance related paperwork.
- Welcome customers, assess their needs and provide tours of the apartment units and community.
- Follow the leasing sales process correctly and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Perform move-in inspections with all new residents.
- Monitor all traffic at the property and follow up with prospective residents.
- Stay on top of current policies and guidelines, and assist with maintaining records and resident files in an organized and up-to-date manner.
- Collect, record and deposit rent payments, application fees and security deposits appropriately.
- Support the lease renewal program and assist with the promotion and communication of resident services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required. A college degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of previous leasing experience and/or training. Exposure to Class A properties is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to be a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of Publisher, Picture Manager, Real Page and OPS is a plus.
- Capable of collecting and processing information skillfully, multitasking and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to tour the community with potential residents, which includes walking, standing, sitting and climbing stairs.
