Currently seeking a full time Leasing Professional for a Market Rate Property in Dunedin, Florida.
The Leasing Professional must possess the following:
1. Business office experience
2. Personal and trustworthy character
3. Ability to communicate effectively
4. Concern for a work safety program
5. Ability to multi task
6. Organizational Skills
7. Must be a self starter
8. Willingness to contribute in other areas, i.e. cleaning, grounds,
9. Some type of formal training in the following areas:
a. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software
b. Fair Housing Laws
c. Previous leasing experience
10. Must be able to work weekends.
11. Must be able to work when Resident functions are scheduled.
