Job Description
The Sembler Company is looking for a Leasing Representative that will be responsible for leasing of major tenants, mini/major anchors and local leasing of all owned and managed properties throughout The Sembler Company portfolio. This position will be involved in the oversight and relationships between the project, tenant and contract negotiations. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:
- Act as liaison between Tenant and Landlord during negotiations.
- Produce executed Letters of Intent.
- Negotiating/closing leases including working with project manager, property managers and construction department to bring leases to satisfactory conclusion.
- Cold calling, canvassing in market area.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance with at least 2 years experience in Real Estate Development or Commercial Real Estate Brokerage; or a Master’s in Real Estate. Strong negotiation and communication skills are a must!
