The Collier Companies is seeking an energetic and competitive individual to join our team at Lakeview Oaks Apartments in Tampa, FL!
As a Full Time Leasing Specialist, you are the Director of First Impressions, and play an important role in the success of the community!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating a positive, memorable experience for residents and prospects
- Showing model apartment homes
- Creating rapport and fostering relationships with residents/prospects
- Leading sales call
- Processing applications and closing sales
- Other administrative responsibilities as needed
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and addressing concerns as needed
- Schedule will include night and weekend hours
We are looking for a great candidate to join our team! This new team member will work approximately 40 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends. An incredible opportunity for an individual excited to learn and grow with a great organization!
