Position: Leasing Specialist for The Henley at Tampa Palms – Tampa, FL
Role Overview
As a Leasing Specialist for this community, you will work at a fast pace to lease apartment homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the needs of your current residents. This beautiful community is 390 units.
Competitive hourly pay + commission/bonus + 20% rent discount + Health/Dental/Vision/401K + paid training
Most Important Responsibilities
- Building rapport with prospects to generate interest in the community.
- Converting leads to tours and consistently following up.
- Product knowledge. Understand our product and be able to articulate its value.
- Marketing intelligence. Know your local market, competitors, etc. to craft effective strategies including social media.
- Develop relationships with your current residents and any stakeholders.
- Plan and execute fun and creative resident events.
- Collaborate with your team. Understand the unique needs of prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
Most Important Qualifications
- Leasing experience strongly preferred. Solid track record in a busy office.
- Sales background and hospitality, or customer service exp required.
- Ability to sell in a competitive market.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivation and drive. Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays.
