We are currently seeking for a fun, energetic individual to be a Leasing Professional. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.
Responsibilities and skills
– Bilingual ( English/Spanish)
– Able to complete daily Marketing on our Facebook page along with other platforms.
– Must have a friendly and professional phone presence
– Basic understanding of MS Office, running applications, greeting new prospects and current residents
– Dependable and punctual is a MUST
– Looking for an individual who works both equally well on their own and as a team player.
– Willing to help Manager with tasks or projects needed
– Fair Housing Knowledge required
– Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
