Finlay Management is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), multifamily property management company. We have a fantastic opportunity for a leasing specialist work at a property in St. Petersburg, FL

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for maximizing occupancy goals for the community through leasing units, renewals, resident retention, customer service and marketing out reach. This position reports into the Property Manager and/or the Leasing Manager.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • 1-3 years experience in MULTI FAMILY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LEASING
  • College degree preferred
  • TAX CREDIT EXPERIENCE
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid drivers license and insurance are required with reliable transportation required to operate a licensed motor vehicle in order to perform the job duties.

Must be able to work weekends.
