Job Description
HH Staffing Services is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic Leasing Specialist! As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew residential apartment leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents, touring the property and following up with prospective residents, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: *
- Greet new residents and manage the move-in process
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
- Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events, social media efforts and outreach and other marketing
- Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
- Minimum of 1 year of industry leasing experience
- Passion for providing customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENTCafe Platform a plus.
- Social Media experience is imperative
- Weekends and or Evenings may be required
