Leasing Specialist
About the Job
The Leasing Specialist is the primary driver for all leasing activity in the market. The Leasing Specialist is part of the property management team and is involved in all aspects of the marketing and leasing of our homes.
About Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for all leasing functions, including showing homes, pre-qualifying applicants, gathering complete applications and structuring leasing packages
- Responsible for all aspects of lead management within our CRM including appointment confirmation, follow up and documentation
- Manage the MLS and other listing sites relating to marketing our homes and managing advertised specials
- Represents the company to prospective residents, real estate agents and brokers in a professional manner with a focus on excellent customer service
- Complete weekly inspections on all homes that are vacant but not rented to confirm quality assurance for showing
- Meet and/or exceed all monthly and quarterly goals as specified within the leasing incentive compensation plan
- Understand market conditions and trends particularly with respect to supply and demand characteristics within the single-family rental home

About the Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Real Estate License required
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Yardi experience required
- 1-3 years leasing and or real estate agent sales experience
- Clean driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
- Bilingual preferred
