Full-time leasing specialist needed for Clearwater waterfront community (weekends are required). We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, and would prefer someone with previous leasing or sales experience. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1.) Helping prospects find the perfect home.
2.) Assisting current residents with service requests, lease renewals, etc.
3.) Providing quality service to all customers, with the goal of keeping occupancy high and move-outs low.
4.) Record keeping with regard to lease files, leasing websites, etc.
Computer competency is a must and knowledge of Realpage/Onesite is a plus!
