Job Summary
Two full-time leasing positions are available for apartment communities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1.) Assisting prospective residents with finding new apartment homes. 2.) Prepare all paperwork for resident files (applications, lease packages, renewal packages, transfers, move-outs, etc.). 3.) Communicate with staff and customers via phone, letter and e-mail. 4.) Assist current residents with regard to maintenance and day-to-day issues. 5.) Provide support to property manager. 6.) Other duties may be assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1.) Leasing experience preferred. 2.) Computer literacy. 3.) Attention to detail. 4.) Strong organizational skills. 5.) Good judgment. 6.) Communication skills. 7.) Excellent follow-up via e-mail, letter and phone. 8.) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated. 9.) Property management software experience preferred (Onesite/Realpage). Weekends are required, and candidate must have transportation to travel locally (Pinellas County).
