Fantastic opportunity to be the front office professional and communicate with clients, attorneys and other legal professionals. This position is the point person to answer phones, take messages, speak with the public, organize legal documents, open legal files, handle the mail, assign files to the attorneys and legal administrative tasks. The position is located in Clearwater, a little north of Ulmerton Road.
Requires great communication skills, the ability to multi-task, work in a fast pasted legal environment.
