About the Company: Fast food restaurant chain seeks experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for Contract to Hire position.
Type: Contract to Hire.
Schedule: M-F 8:00 – 5:00
Job Description:
- Performs general administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, ordering office supplies, reconciling invoices and setting up meetings.
- Answers incoming calls, clarifies needs and independently responds when possible.
- Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings.
- Prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
- Responds to routine external correspondence. Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents.
- Supports other team members in assigned project based work.
- Files, sends out certified letters, stores documents both onsite and in offsite storage.
- Facilitates check requests for settlement agreements, ensures Affidavits are executed and returned.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage others and establish rapport.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with all levels within the organization, and with guests, franchisees, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, adjust to sudden changes in workflow, and maintain high quality standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve inquiries and requests for information.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, Guests and the general public.
- Ability to maintain all job-related information in a confidential and private manner.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Internet software.
- Three to Five years’ experience with familiarity with real estate and legal terms.
- CSR or convenience industry experience preferred.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Be comfortable to communicate with peers and groups of managers and general public.
- Maintain a professional demeanor
