Law firm in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a qualified applicant to fill an immediate position for a full time experienced Legal Assistant.
Responsibilities will include managing case files, electronic filing of documents, drafting documents and letters, answering and directing telephone calls, greeting clients, coordinating appointments and light receptionist duties.
Experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and Business formation is preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills, be organized and detail oriented.
