Full Job Description
Boutique Insurance Defense Firm in Tampa, seeks a Legal Assistant or Paralegal with 3+ years’ experience working for insurance defense attorneys.
- Must have insurance defense experience and be able to perform and meet deadlines.
- Position is in support of attorneys in moving their cases forward from inception through completion.
- Candidates must be detail-organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong analytical skills are desired.
Additional requirements include; experience in scheduling and calendaring, knowledge of county court filing systems, Legal Billing/Time Recording, Legal case management software. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
