• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a law office required
  • Schedules hearings, mediations, depositions, phone conferences, meetings, etc. in coordination with internal calendar as well as all other parties, if applicable
  • Drafts appropriate Notices and other documents pertaining to event(s); e-filing
  • Daily interaction with clients, attorneys, Judges/judicial assistants, etc., via phone and email
  • Responsible for maintaining calendar for multiple attorneys within the firm
  • Confirmation of schedules and daily update of potential changes
  • Drafts, edits, and/or proofreads correspondence, pleadings, and other documents as assigned by the attorneys
  • Other duties as assigned
