Needed on a temporary basis capable of working part-time up to 30 hours for a solo attorney in Clearwater. Potential for permanent opportunity. Experience in securities, financial services or corporate a plus.
This Attorney’s practice involves Compliance consulting services, Providing legal services in the areas of Financial Services/Securities and Corporate. Preparing and submitting a wide range of regulatory filings.
Duties:
Assist in corporate governance needs for diversified financial services group of companies. Must be able to handle heavy document work.
Skills:
Motivated, responsible, and very a organized individual who can work independently and efficiently. Must be proficient in Excel, Clio and must have all skill sets of an experienced legal assistant.
Salary:
$20-$24 per hour BOE
