Legal Assistant
In this role youwill provide critical administrative andorganizational support to the Legal Department, in accordance with companypolicies and procedures.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with contract lifecycle management functions, contract documentation flows, approvals and reporting consistent with internal processes.
- Accurately enters required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
- Reviews and evaluates data and information from multiple sources.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Manage and organize records and files.
- Provide general data entry support to the Legal Department.
- Assisting with Compliance administrative tasks and duties as needed.
- Confirms completeness of received data/information and resolves inconsistencies.
- Manages validation and verification of files and case data system.
- Keeps track of data entry status in order to confirm compliance with established deadlines.
- Selects relevant information from a variety of sources in order to prepare CLM, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.
- Provides accurate and timely status updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
