Tampa Law Firm has an immediate opening for a legal secretary/legal assistant with experience in commercial real estate transactions. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with excellent computer skills, redlining/black line, experience working on multiple versions of documents.
Primary Duties:
- Prepare and edit all documents related to a transaction including closing documents, leases, addendums
- Record all documents
- Draft correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, closings and other scheduled events
- Maintain calendar
- Liaison between attorney and clients
- Organize and create closing binders
- Handle post closing matters
- Assist real estate department as needed
