Tampa Law Firm has an immediate opening for a legal secretary/legal assistant with experience in commercial real estate transactions.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with excellent computer skills, redlining/black line, experience working on multiple versions of documents.

Primary Duties:

  • Prepare and edit all documents related to a transaction including closing documents, leases, addendums
  • Record all documents
  • Draft correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, closings and other scheduled events
  • Maintain calendar
  • Liaison between attorney and clients
  • Organize and create closing binders
  • Handle post closing matters
  • Assist real estate department as needed
