Candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a commercial or civil litigation practice. Knowledge of Federal and Florida state court rules is strongly desired.
Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum of three years of current Florida litigation experience preferably with products liability law.
- Experience with State and Federal courts
- Experience with scheduling, calendaring, and making travel arrangements
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, excellent customer service, ability to multitask, strong detail orientation, proofreading, strong organizational and prioritization.
- Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Prior experience with a document management system is a plus
