Growing project management software company seeks talented Level 1 Analyst to work with customer base diagnosing and resolving software issues. This position is a hybrid of customer service and software support. Ideal candidate will be excellent in both communication and analysis. Great location in downtown Tampa. Solid growth opportunity in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This is not an IT helpdesk position.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities include:
– Learn the software application through self-training. The application is an ERP software package consisting of modules such as Accounting, Distribution, CRM, Project Management.
– Create and file incoming helpdesk tickets
– Interact with customers through email, telephone, and remote access to identify/troubleshoot application issues. Inform customers of the status of helpdesk incident and provide solution(s) over the lifetime of the support request.
– Assist with training issues using front end application knowledge or resolve data discrepancies using Oracle SQL Developer/Oracle SQL Plus. Unknown issues will be escalated to tier 2 support.
– Coordinate product release upgrades
Desired Qualifications:
– Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills are required.
– Knowledge of MS Office
– 2+ years of experience in Accounting (A/P, A/R, G/L), Purchasing (Orders, POs) or Oracle ERP systems
– Previous experience with Oracle SQL Developer is a plus. User will need to be able to query, update, and delete data from production databases.
– Desired candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Business/Accounting/Finance or Computer Science/Information Technology. Additional experience in Oracle, Accounting, or Purchasing will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
