Pithers & Associates – Coldwell Banker is HIRING! We are looking to fill a full-time Administrative Position in our busy real estate practice. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Job duties will include: interacting with 2 Team Leaders and 9 associates in team setting, ability to process paperwork for transactions, meeting with vendors involved in a real estate transaction, running errands in the Tri-County area related to the Transaction and for Team Leaders; inter-facing with potential clients in person and on the telephone to gather information, working within many different computer platforms to input information and process real estate transactions and organizing events & creating/mailing/posting marketing in different formats. The person that fills this position needs to want to work in a team environment very closely with our current Full-time Administrative Employee. The new Administrative Position will work closely with and in tandem with the current employee. They will also need to always be thinking about the greater good of the team, nothing is too much and there needs to be a willingness to go the extra mile.
