This is an office position. The responsibilities are running comparables ,performing desktop appraisals and assisting field appraisers.

(Which is delivering to our customer what they need in a timely and ethical manner)To do this you’ll need to be able to conduct a short phone interview in a friendly manner, attention to detail and able to follow instructions. The Leadership Team-Triangle Appraisal Group was founded by Robert Mann who is a second-generation Real Estate Appraiser who has over 20 years experience in 1 to 4 family housing in both New York Tri-State area and in North Carolina the Triangle Region.
