Licensed CAM needed in Mid-North Pinellas County. Provide management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with Company objectives. Community Association Managers are certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM). Responsibilities include working closely with the Association and Board of Directors to manage and operate the community and facilitate solutions to problems. Qualifications and Skills Licensed as a Community Association Manager in the state of Florida. Valid driver’s license.
