Manager will be responsible for overseeing the business responsibilities for a 932 unit homeowners Association. It requires a Florida Community Association license, 5 years of experience, thorough knowledge of FL statutes, a professional demeanor.
The position is the center point between the board of directors, the residents, other employees and our professionals. Ir requires good presentation and writing skills. Maintains book and records, our website, association files and records, attends board and committee meetings, and assist directors and committees to carry out their duties, coordinates various facilities maintenance functions, and community relations.
