Currently hiring for an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager in our Largo office. This is a portfolio position. 1 year experience using your CAM license preferred. EOE, benefits, PTO, paid holidays.

Requirements:

Valid drivers license (you must attend meetings and do walkthroughs of communities)

Current CAM license

Ability to work independently and delegate tasks

Attention to detail

Knowledge of area a plus

Experience with TOPS a plus

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year with room to grow the portfolio
