We are currently hiring for an experienced licensed CAM for managing a portfolio of HOAs & Condominiums.
Must be able to hit the ground running. No training or shadowing will be offered.
We require two years’ experience managing portfolios, and a current CAM license in Florida. We are seeking someone able to solve problems, make decisions and manage time effectively.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9-5 with evening meetings. Plus nights/weekends on-call for the properties managed in your portfolio.
Perform property inspections and do all of your own administrative cycles. Other duties include but are not limited to: creating/managing budgets, working with TOPS or similar association management software, very good communication skills, and understand financial reports.
