Busy property management firm located in FL is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager for a full-time portfolio position.
Ideal candidate will possess the skills required to do the following:
- Meetings with owners/tenants/vendors
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following association rules and regulations.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects properties.
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.
- Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability, including attending any hearings regarding the same.
- Determine and certify the eligibility of prospective residents and tenants, following government regulations.Attend Board meetings and be available to respond to questions by the Association Board or members, present a Manager’s Report when requested
