We are seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager to become a part of our onsite team! You will work with Association Board Members to manage several residential buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process A/P and clear understanding of financials
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints
- Working knowledge of FS 718 and thorough understanding of governing documents
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise maintenance and custodial staff
- Enforce property and associations’ rules and regulations
- Ability to work as a team with the rest of the Management Team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Association management, highrise experience a plus
- Must have Florida LCAM license with at least five years’ experience
- Familiarity with construction projects
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior use of TOPS and Microsoft Office Suite
