Currently hiring for an LCAM for our Largo office. This is a portfolio position and requires you to visit each individual property to inspect for violations, attending board meetings, etc.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, using your CAM actively.
- Strong working knowledge of state laws governing the operation of community associations
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with boards, homeowners, vendors and teammates
