Full Job Description
Currently hiring for an LCAM for our Largo office. This is a portfolio position and requires you to visit each individual property to inspect for violations, attend board meetings, etc. This is not quite a full portfolio to start, but we will be adding properties to it, which will increase pay.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 1 year as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager, using your CAM actively.
- Strong working knowledge of state laws governing the operation of community associations
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with boards, homeowners, vendors and teammates
Support Staff:
- AR
- AP
- Bookkeeping
- Administrative Assistance.
