Currently hiring for an experienced portfolio manager. This is a well established portfolio, with an experienced administrative assistant and full ap/ar accounting support. EOE, benefits, paid holidays, etc. Experience using your LCAM is a must. This position is based out of our New Port Richey office, which is where your office will be. It also requires you to visit the individual communities on a planned schedule, as well as attend board meetings (and other community meetings).
You must have a valid Community Association License to qualify for this position.
