Currently hiring for an experienced portfolio manager. This is a well established portfolio, with an experienced administrative assistant and full AP, AR, bookkeeping support.
Experience using your CAM license is a must. This position is based out of our New Port Richey location, which is where your office will be. It also requires you to visit the individual communities on a planned schedule, as well as attend board meetings (and other community meetings).
