Currently hiring for an ON-SITE Licensed Community Association Manager. Previous CAM experience and an active CAM license are a must. Starting salary is based on experience. Employment is through Qualified Property Management, however the position is on site for a large community. Full support staff (a/p, a/r, bookkeeping, admin), EOE, benefits, paid vacation.
Responsibilities include
- Interacting with residents on a daily basis and resolving their issues.
- Driving the property to ensure compliance with the covenants
- Vendor coordination
