As a Redfin Listing Coordinator, you’ll support a team of Redfin Agents by assisting with all aspects of the home listing process.
The Role

Use your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to keep sellers informed about pre-listing activities related to their home sale

Answer clients’ questions and be their guide through the listing process

Retrieve property details and input this information into the local MLS
-
Coordinate home photography and staging
-
Create flyers and listing presentations
-
Benefit from online tools that allow you to track the listing process and share information across teams

Candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
Skills & Experience
-
Real estate license (required)
-
Previous customer service experience
-
Deep knowledge of your local community

Cool and calm demeanor when communicating with agents and clients

Strong sense of accountability for the customer experience

Experience using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools to communicate with clients and other parties

Attention to detail; nothing gets past you
