We are looking for a salary based Loan Partner to work in our highly successful mortgage office. You must be a Licensed Loan Officer in the state of Florida and have 1-2 years minimum experience in the mortgage industry. **DO NOT apply if you don’t have these qualifications.This position is Full-Time.
Requirements
A mortgage license is required for this position. We have a generous pay range between $45,000, plus bonuses, based on experience. This will be discussed in detail once considered for the position.
The ideal candidate may currently/formerly be a loan officer and loves working the loan but doesn’t like to “go get new business” or a processor/ underwriter who likes talking with clients. Maybe you just want to know you will get paid every week.
This candidate absolutely must know how to structure and sell the loan with a high closing percentage of leads, pull & analyze credit, review income & asset documents, have a general knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA guidelines, run DU/LP, stack & submit files, request & clear conditions and communicate incredibly with both borrowers and Realtors. We will take care of bringing in the business – you take care of getting the clients on board and closing the loans. The Loan Partner position will be teamed up with a Loan Assistant who handles the majority of the paperwork as well as a Processor who will work with underwriting to get the loan final approved.

Loan Partner Responsibilities Include:
- 50%+ average closing/locking new leads
- Takes new lead calls on the spot or calls back within one hour
- Build rapport to build trust to do application the same day
- Enters files/uploading documents into the database
- Gathers missing docs
- Tracks and manages mortgage pipeline
- Calculates income and run DU/LP
- Helps clear conditions
- Makes sure closings happen on time and put out fires
- Realtor and client follow-up
Job Location is Tampa, FL, but we will consider a virtual position or a combination of the two as well.
